All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Thailand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 days

  • Carriers: Thailand Post (Registered Air Mail / ePacket)

  • Tracking included (where available)

Recommended for lighter items such as T-shirts and training wear

 

Express Shipping (DHL)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 days

  • Full tracking and faster delivery

Recommended for urgent orders and higher-value items

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

  • Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Be Muay is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Be Muay is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
