Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for international returns

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at info@bemuay.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Used or worn items

  • Certain traditional or hygiene-related items once opened (e.g. Mongkhon, Prajeats, or hand-wrapped Chuak Pan Mu)

If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order after the return is approved

 

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
