What is "Be Muay"
"Be Muay" is the teaching philosophy of Kru Suphan Chabairam.
It goes beyond becoming a fighter or an athlete.
It is the pursuit of becoming someone who can listen, think, observe, respond, and grow — in training and in life, becoming the best version of yourself.

SitSuphan Muay Thai Boran
SitSuphan Muay Thai Boran is the official SAT-registered Muay Thai gym of Kru Suphan Chabairam, dedicated to the practical study and application of Muay Thai Boran in modern Muay Thai.
Originally established in Boston in 2012 by Kru Suphan's longtime friends and students, the SitSuphan community continued to grow through a shared passion for authentic Muay Thai. In 2026, its spirit returned to Thailand with the official establishment of SitSuphan Muay Thai Boran, carrying its legacy back to the birthplace of Muay Thai.
Training at SitSuphan focuses on developing authentic technique, tactical understanding, timing, movement, and fighting skills rooted in traditional Muay Thai knowledge. Whether preparing for competition or seeking to deepen technical ability, students learn directly from Kru Suphan through practical, experience-based instruction.
While Be Muay represents the educational philosophy, SitSuphan is where the principles of Muay Thai Boran are studied, practiced, and applied in modern Muay Thai training and competition. Together, they preserve the traditions of Muay Thai while preparing practitioners to apply those principles in today's world.
